Mexican Multimedia Artist | Explorer through the Body, the Invisible and the Cosmic.

 

Stef Lizz is a multidisciplinary artist whose work flows through painting, ceramics, photography, poetry, and performance. Since 2019, she has been creating from a space where the body becomes a portal — a sacred bridge between the visible and the invisible, the personal and the cosmic.

 

With a background in psychology and over eight years of experience guiding yoga, meditation, and somatic ceremonies, her creative practice is deeply rooted in embodiment, ritual, and metaphysics. Stef’s work is inspired by the subtle language of energy, the micro and macro cosmos, and the mystery of soul inhabiting form.

 

For Stef, art is a cosmic language — a way to translate the ineffable, to speak with the unseen, and to mirror inner worlds. She believes that art transforms — it opens perception, awakens memory, and invites healing through presence.

 

She is the creator of Ascendente: Art as a Cosmic Language, a space from which she shares her artwork as tools for visual meditation and offers courses to hold space for others to connect with divine inspiration.

 

Stef has exhibited her work in Berlin, London, and Mexico, where she also facilitates gatherings that weave together art, sound, and inner exploration.

 

Her creations invite not only observation, but a return to the sacred within — a soft, intuitive remembering.
